This is what I use to press the oil seal into the pump body with. When pressing in the oil seal DO NOT drive it all the way in. Press it in so it is just slightly proud of the weep hole. The spacer and water seal, when pressed in on top of it, will seat it to the proper depth so it does not interfere with the bearings. You CAN over seat the oil seal if not careful..
