Affectionately named the Ansel Tree this tree stands out in the middle of a fairly open meadow in the park. Sometime back a large branch broke on the tree yet it stands out as a prolific icon of sorts. This particular image was taken during a short break in a snow storm with the weather shifting back and forth behind the tree.
