Sunset at Cedar Key
by J Bryan Kramer

Cedar Key FL

Back at my fav sunset spot

Again heavy CS4 work, adjustment brush on the bottom blue area, grad filter on the top of the sky and dodge on the center lighter water with a soft light blend mode in a mask. Two passes with Noise Ninja, one overall and another on a mask on the upper sky. The noise comes from all the manipulation

Shot handheld with the Tokina 11-16mm

Canon EOS 40D ,Tokina AT-X 116 Pro DX
1/250s f/6.3 at 11.0mm iso500 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Good example of how heavy Photoshopping can be effective. Nice!

I've been here...not too far from our home. I think the pelican really makes this shot special.

Great job BK, the sky doesn't look that good down here. I would like to see it before NN.
