No worries Rod.. don't pull your punches. It keeps me honest to hear when sharp eyes see the defects that show up with lazy (or incompetent) processing. This was late day, flat lighting, and the lime was almost black from lack of illumination. I have't had much time lately to spend improving my skills in this my favorite compulsion.... -tv

I think the lime froze. Penny Street

You sound a bit despondent Tommy, am I being too negative?

At first I thought it was "petrol" :) Really good exposure here, Tom.

Rod you caught me on this one. Much (unsuccessful) processing of the lime. Oh well. -tv

The overall picy looks good but unless my new monitor has suddenly gone haywire the green on the lime looks well overdone.

Wow! Pretty fancy using Patron for Margaritas Tommy. Nice exposure job on the snow. I've had about three fingers left in a bottle of Chinaco Anejo for quite some time. It's my favorite Tequila for sipping like Scotch, but I'm afraid to finish it because of the restocking cost :-)

Almost empty, I see. *grin* I like the negative space. I would have clones out the branches up top... but the color pop is wonderful, Tom. ~Lydia

Good shot. I like the green of the label and green of the lime, too. The yellow on the lime is nice, too. Good job with the snow. You obviously shot this before that tequila could effect your photography skills! ;^) ~dtallakson

Now, if this is for Margaritas, I'd be there with your "friend"! :-) Nice exposure of the snow and I like how the green Tax label echoes the color of the lime. CJ
