The last step is to insert the new cap gasket into the cap. It needs no further explanation.

Some of the caps came with a cork disk for a gasket (no inner ridge). I was having trouble gettng a good seal. I replaced the cork disk gasket with a thin rubber one from the hardware store. .40 and it works better than new.
