Twelve hours, 640 miles/1030 km, two stops to ask directions, and here we are in Brooklyn, NY! Instead of sitting in front of a TV watching the Veep debate after sitting in a car all day, we went for a delightful walk/scoot in our very cool, rather funky neighborhood (Smith & Atlantic). Looked at dozens of possible places to eat but then decided to go back to our hotel room and nibble on the yummy food we'd brought with us on the trip.
