Well, if this is on a camera .. that wouldn't be good with all the dust. Has it something to do with a watch?

I think the others are on the right track...because of the dust I'd say the control to a saw or sander...or maybe something else ;o)

all that dust.. I have no idea but wonder if it's something to do with a shop tool, some adjustment dial.. oh I don't know!
