Icebergs

Each spring, huge chunks of ice break off the polar ice cap and drift down the Labrador Current - right past our eastern doorstep. Sometimes they drift close to the shore with the prevailing easterly and north-easterly winds this time of year, and run aground, providing one of our best tourist attractions.
