I have done this conversion on my UK 1995 XV1100. I have Highway Hawk Dragon Pipes installed with homemade baffles which probably removes most restriction on the exhaust. No re-jetting was required after fitting the pipes, however the Screamin' Eagle kit greatly increases the intake air flow. For the benefit of those who have the courage to fit this kit, as follows are pretty much my final settings: Pilot jets 40, Main Jet Front 152.5, Main Jet Rear 150.0, Cobra Needles clip on 1st notch from the top, Pilot Screws 3 turns out.
