Ruthven Reflected.

Ruthven Barracks, Kingussie, Scotland.

With all the rain we have had in Britain and Scotland in particular it is little wonder that the marsh lands around the Ruthven barracks have flooded and formed its own shallow moat enabling a near perfect reflection on one of those rare breathlessly still blue sky crisp winter mornings. I love the highly saturated colours that a twist on a polariser has imposed on the scene. In combination with a 0.45ND grad the reflection is a near perfect balance.
