I have always liked re-creating the scale of large empty landscapes and despite the obvious urge to cut off a large portion of what might be considered redundant and empty sky that would serve only to diminish this fantastic sense of lonely space that I hope to convey to you. That single spike of land and the lonesome placement of the neat white cottage in the twilight blue of fading light on the very end overlooking the sea loch, is I think a real wish you were here moment. Who needs a telly with a view like that to satiate your artistic thirst.
