The climb up to this magnificent peak is frankly not the best, it takes a good wee while to walk in and there are no fine views to speak of at all, not that is until the last dozen or so metres when you suddenly hit the summit and your lower jaw promptly drops to the floor with the shock of seeing the entire arena of mountains spectacularly open up in magnificent splendour. At the top pancaked and wind shaped red Torridonian sandstone seems to melt into the craggy peaks like dollops of raspberry ice cream. This was taken on an overcast day with a colossal amount of mood for company so I converted it to black and white to represent that mood a little better without the distraction of colour.
