A sunrise of astonishing colour and brilliance greeted myself and a small group of photographers as we descended on Mellon Udrigle's wonderful sandy cove. Once I saw the intense colour I knew I would have to ensure that as much of that colour was utilised whether directly or as reflected light. A meandering rocky peat stream proved perfect and a superb leading line that meandered towards the marvellous mountain backdrop.
