Working Late

Forres, Moray, Scotland

A bit of a diversion for me. My favourite of three images taken in our kitchen shortly before sunset during a serendipitous moment after dinner when I suddenly became aware of the beautiful soft light mixed up with tree shadows being filtered through our kitchen window and projected on the opposite wall. My wife is actually reading a newspaper and the extra space and framing of tree shadows and open light around her profile is possibly the nicest of the three images I took before the light faded. No Photoshop here just curiously distorted light through a double glazed panel
