High up on a grassy terrace above Diabaig there is an entirely unexpected mountain view of the Torridon peaks across rugged moorland and secretive lochans, but without the usual associated effort normally required to obtain wilderness views of this scale. It took a while to resolve the elements but in the end I was delighted with this view over the sapphire blue lochan with its finger of rock jutting forward toward me all surrounded by brilliant fiery red deer grass.
