Kinlochleven, Glencoe, Scotland

A high vantage point with sublime soft afternoon sunlight delicately playing chase over the ring of golden birch trees nestling in beds of rust red bracken at the peak of Autumn colour. Not a breath of wind stirred and the loch maintained its glassy mirrored surface to reflect a cloud dappled blue tinged sky. There are very few vantage points so easily accessible in this magnificent glen oft overlooked in deference to its better known neighbour.
