I rarely publish anything with bags of colour but I found this sunrise irresistible.

An astonishing colourful sunrise materialised over Lossiemouth's gorgeous east coast beach with the sky like fire, iridescent in splendid oranges, reds and golds. I could have cropped the image lower but the juxtaposition of velvet twilight blues is absolutely vital to my overall composition, the sky being reflected with intermingled red and blue in the wet sand.
