Skyefall

Quiraing, Skye, Scotland

I really wasn't going to shoot this iconic scene again, but as dawn pinkened and stretched warm fingers of light across a grey sky and the little barren grey mountain ash or Rowan tree was so loaded with ripe red berries, something I had not previously witnessed I decided, what the heck and positioned red against green to throw together the rich tapestry of colour presented to me in the soft pink glow of first light.

NEW!! Photographic workshops and masterclasses and fine art cards are now available at TRANSIENT LIGHT
