My favourite Scottish beach I prefer to photograph it in very flat pre-dawn light and explore the soft hues and tones that make up this delightful coast line one of the few with a mountain backdrop. beyond are the Inverpolly hills of Coigach. The beach with it's red sand and backed by pale dunes generates a salt and pepper texture and this striped section was particularly attractive mimicing the layered clouds above.
