Winter Gold

Lettoch, Spey Valley, Scotland

Scotland is in the ferocious grip of winter and for a change it has come unusually early so it's about time I posted something that relates more directly to the season. Hopefully the honey coloured light doesn't make you shiver too much.

A golden cloak of backlit silver birch trees thickly coated with hoar frost diffuses the setting sun turning them to drizzled gold.

NEW!! Photographic workshops and masterclasses and the 2011 Transient Light Calendars and fine art cards are now available at TRANSIENT LIGHT
