Achnahaird Rouge

Achnahaird Bay, Inverpolly, Scotland

I had the pleasure of being out with a group of photographers from Chevron on a stunning late Autumnal morning arriving at this very special favourite viewpoint a considerable while before dawn. The Inverpolly peaks of Stac Pollaidh, Cul Mor, Cul Beag, Ben Mor Coigach are incredibly distinctive and here they have been illuminated beneath a blood red sunrise reflecting off low clouds. I opted for this panoramic skyline to best represent this glorious event.
