THE PRESERVE - JAZZ FESTIVAL

This was the First year for the Preserve Jazz Festival
in Hoover, Alabama, held on Sunday June 3, 2007
starting at 3:00pm. The idea came from Eric Essix, a Birmingham,
Alabama based Jazz guitarist who went to Berklee School of Music
in Boston. For the first year, it was incredible & a Large crowd.

I am so excited to be a part of the Festival this year........hate I missed the 1st one! My husband and I go to the Smooth Jazz Festival every year in the Santa Rosa Beach area and have been fortunate enough to go on one of the Jazz Cruises. All of these performers are superb and maybe this will be the beginning of a Birmingham tradition! Thanks to you and Eric Essex and to the many more who make this event happen...........

Thanks a million Eric and Jason!! I loved just being there as a performer and as a listener in the audience while the others acts were on. OUTSTANDING cast of musical characters....if I must say so myself. I'm glad to have been a part of this first year and looking forward to the 2008 show. Much Love!!!!

Thank you !!!! This event was FANTASTIC. I believe all enjoyed it tremendously because I only heard positive comments about it. I told everyone I know about it and cannot wait for 6/1/08. Loved the venue and the great representation by B'ham.

All we can say is WOW!!!!This show by far exceded our expectations.We were so excited when we left the show,we couldn't wait to tell our friends about it.Now they
are hyped & can't wait till June.Eric & Jason,we'll sure you guys were blowned away
by the response.It just lets you know we were hungry for that type of entertainment!

Thanks for putting me on your site! It WAS indeed, a ball! I was honored to be the very first opening act of the very first Preserve Jazz Fest. Thanks a million to Eric for booking me! I hope I'll get to do this again next year.
