Dear Howard,

Excellent pictures of the region of the Southern Ocean! I stumbled upon your website through Nature Photographic Society's forum. What drew me to your website was your pictures of the Southern Elephant Seals. My first thought was 'Oh gosh! This guy must have been to South Georgia!' Ever since my trip to the Antarctica Peninsular (cruise) and Falkland Islands (by flight via Puenta Arenas) in 2007, I have dreamed of going to South Georgia (or even up to South Sandwich Islands!). I am sure you are delighted with your experiences there (I am except for the dreaded Drake Passage which was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life).

Best Rgds

Hello Howard,
Today I happened to discover your Iran galleries at Pbase. What a surprise! I was touring Iran last month, so I find many familiar places in your galleries. You show beautiful photography and your descriptions give evidence of a sincere interest in
this magnificent country.
In the next few days I will take more time to admire your work and to comment some
photos seperately. Of course you're welcome to check out my Iran galleries.
