Field Guide's leaders Megan Crewe and Ned Brinkley provided a wonderful tour to the south of France and the mountains of the Pyrenees. I spent an extra day in Paris, then on to Arles. The Camargue is a wonderful birding site, and was a good site for photography. Unfortunately I did not lug my large lens, and had to primarily digiscope and utilize a Canon Powershot S5 IS. The Pyrenees were spectacular and the scenery was worth the trip. Birds were very cooperative there as well.
