In some light this bird showed some adult-like mantle feathers and a light bill tip, which continually got muddy, and if you look close its iris is lightening, so I am not sure if this is a first or second cycle bird. This bird seemed a bit small/slight to me for a Glaucous but was far more pale than the most washed out Glaucous-winged I could find, and its bill is very distinclty bi-colored.
