The photo of the barn should probably be cropped. There are great contrasts which you saw and captured. However the tree splits the scene down the middle and takes away rather than adds to the picture. Understand this is not meant as harsh criticism, just an observation. The scene would work better if the camera forced the tree to one side of the scene or the other. Right now it is the center of your scene and competes heavily with the structure. Keep up your work.
