Industrial and Commercial Bank of China public offering in Hong Kong
Potential investors place their last minute applications just as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)'s huge initial public offering is about to close in Hong Kong, 19 October 2006. China's largest lender is expected to raise more than 20 billion dollars in its dual listing in Hong Kong and Shanghai, with the debut scheduled for October 27.
