Karen, Joe has been especially helpful with the names of roses. Also, other community gardeners and viewers at my PBase galleries have been very helpful with names. Google searchs on the internet and plant encyclopedias and books have also been very informative. Plant and language variations create a maze of names for the plants of our world. The scientifical botanical names are generally the most universally accepted for the academics, but not commonly known names for most plants. This response is getting over my head. I just try to attach a name for a plant that is meaningful to me. I hope this clarifies my position a bit. Best regards, Hubert

The orange is fabulous. Wonderfully colored roses, well photographed. You can also tell these are well tended. Do they put the names of the varieties or do you just know flowers that well? :)

Thank you Joe for growing such beautiful roses and sharing your love and knowledge about them. Best regards, Hubert.
