Palac Namiesnikovski was once the russian tsar's residence in Warsaw.
It was in this palace the The Warsaw Treaty was signed after WW2. And it was here the treaty came to an end, decades later.
It was also in this buildning the negotiations with Solidarity took place - and in 1989 Lech Waleza chose this building as his presidential palace.
