Wow, that must have been an amazing trip!! Will visit again to see all these photos. Next time you should go up to Khunjerab Pass (Pak-China border, probably the highest border crossing of the world at 4700m). Good news is that in 2006 they started road service between Gilgit and Taxkorgan (Tashkurgan)! My photos from the 2002 Rakaposhi trip are at http://www.pbase.com/waqas/northern_areas_of_pakistan
