The requirement is for four high-quality images that reflect decisive moments or characteristics of one sport. These are the pictures I have chosen to submit which were all taken on the same day at the 2006 May Bumping Races in Cambridge. Where I was in two minds about which of a number of images to choose for a particular phase of the action I was guided by the number of hits each had received. For the most part Rowing isn't particularly exciting visually, but bumping races are very much the exception. The rest of my pictures are organized in their own gallery.
