Palomar Mountain Trip

I went to Palomar Mountain with my friends - Sunny and Fan. This is the first time to spend whole day for photo. But I made several mistakes this day.

1.Dust on CCD
I saw several dust on my picture. Escpecially with big F number - more than F11.
I didn't realize that I need close aperture to test dust on sensor. D2X only allow me to use mirror lock up for cleaning with AC Adapter but I couldn't get it since it is out of stock in most of store. I use blower with bulb mode and most of the dust has gone.

2.Too big F number
I use a lot of F22 and created very blur images. In D2x review by Thom Hogan, he said F11 will be the maximum number for D2x to create sharp image. I will test sharpness with different F number.

3.Forgot to turn on Auto focus of Lens
I forgot to turn on auto focus mode of lens after I changed to manual. This isn't first time and I need to train myself to check focus mode of lens.
