APRIL: I'm really excited about going back to Las Vegas. SHOOT THE CENTERFOLD 2 day event with 5 current or former PLAYBOY Magazine Photographers will be present, along with 5 PBI Playmate Centerfolds. This is also open to active models, wishing personalized modeling and makeup tips from the centerfolds, and the photographers too. Day 1 for the photographers is the classroom items .. primary focus is on lighting and posing the model. Day 1 for the models is the classroom with the Playmate Centerfolds. Saturday night is a dinner / shoot function (pre-party is on Friday night by the way), and DAY 2 is the photographers attending working 1:1 with the authorized and former greats from PBI. Day 2 for the models is a pool party / shoot shoot contest, and then everyone gets together for the farewell.

A former Special Forces friend and his family, will arrive at the ranch to visit 2 days prior to our departure, and remain until we return. Jim Sheppard and his kids love the horse, and the Nashville area. Thanks Jim, in advance, for keeping an eye on our animals, and jerk neighbor.

I'm proud to annoucne my travel partner will be a HGR Model. I am also inviting 8 other models (who will have to pay their own way but at a very discouunted rate because of HGR's help setting this up).

JANUARY 5TH 2011 ...
Modeling has many forever changing faces and purposes. Here's our current overview meant for the new models to the industry. HGR Photography is active in many of those areas, and constantly updating it's equipment and expanding it's mission. Included here are the calendar covers, a picture of Danny Myers (Alternative Shots, Studio Shoots) who assisted HGRP in the early days, and some pics of the owner, Greg Knox. PART OF THE EXPANSION for 2011 will include CD Covers for music, music production with Hank Gibson Roberts, and training DVD's for firearms. We're looking for models for each of those expansions. FEBRUARY 2011: just added the Panasonic Professional Video Camera. It's 10.6 megapixal still shots, and HD video with 3 & 8 hour batteries. High quality boom mike, and we use sunlight or supplemental lights (studio) for video taping your shoot. We can post it to YouTube if you want. It's part of our History In the Making chapter of our tabletop book for this year. Of course I'll still use the Nikon SLR, but the diversity is awesome.
