Personality certainly plays a part, thus the HGR photographer's input is worth 25%. I am the only photographer now, but I see expansion coming and adding 1-2 photographers.
Contest will run from MARCH 7 TO MARCH 7 each year.

FEB 2011 ...........
Jan 2012 WE had fun yesterday. We spun the pointer on the wall map and rolled 6 dice to get the direction and mileage to have lunch. We wound up in The Grand Caymen Islands for lunch and to scout the beaches ... it's a nice, very nice place. Happy New Year ;))

One thing we do in the winter, is to prepare for the next year's recruiting. We make professional banners, flyers, new business cards and comp cards for HGRP. Those interested in paid calendar shoots, should contact me, and set up a spring shoot.

New Equipment: Equipment: FEBRUARY 2012: just added the Panasonic Professional Video Camera. It's 10.6 megapixal still shots, and HD video with 3 & 8 hour batteries. High quality boom mike, and we use sunlight or supplemental lights (studio) for video taping your shoot. We can post it to YouTube if you want. It's part of our History In the Making chapter of our tabletop book for this year. Of course I'll still use the Nikon SLR, but the diversity is awesome.
Most exciting additions is Adobe CS5 Design ... omg it's the most powerful photoshop ever made. It does 2D & 3D video from scratch to market release, it does comprehensive music writing, editing and CD productions, it does website design from A to Z published, it does magazine layouts and magazine production, and it even does photoshopping lol . We've also added our own binder machine to assemble calendars on the spot. The Intuious large editing tablet just came in. This allows a much better photo processing as opposed to a mouse we've used for 4 years. Finally, a computer screen calibrator was added. This will standardize the colors in our pictures, which were looking pretty odd on some other monitors around the country.
I am looking, however, for someone to do the New England Winter Experience with me ... it's Shared accomodations and TFEP, expenses including food and airfare are paid. This will be a working 3 day excursion into the winter wonderland & ski lodges. Let me know if you are interested.
