Today, I decided to go through a gallery of images I gathered from may different other Internet gallery challenges, and found this image from innographix months ago. I first "worked" it in Adobe CS2. I then brought it into Corel Painter 8, added color brush strokes and with the blender brush changed the background. I then brought the image back into CS2 and finished it. Please enjoy...Henryj

Here is an example of 3 commissioned Virtual Portraits that I have completed in the last few months. Over all from January through May(so far), I have completed 12 commissioned Portraits. I have added a new step, once the image is back from the printers, I use Acrylic paints and media to finish the Portrait. It gives the work a great finished look.

There are 2 more that I finished today. I first worked in Corel Painter and then in Adobe CS2 with the History Brushes. I wanted the Owl to look wind blown because of the winter scene. On the fish image, I tried to give it a silk screen look...How did I do?

These are 4 images that I challenged myself to do in 4 different ways to expand my talents in the "Virtual Painting" media. I eventually printed 3 of them on canvas, to see the effects and how they look in canvas. they looked great. These images don't do them justice.

These two images were completed using retouching for the Mom and Son and Virtual Painting
for the girl leaning against the fence.
With the girl, after I painted the image I used LucisArt to bring out the brush strokes and detail. For the Mom and Son, I retouched out the tattoos, cleaned-up her top, and used Adobe's Lighting Effects with the Omni Soft for the background.

These are two new paintings I did. It's a new avenue for me. I combined three steps that I have never used, with a very loose brush strokes. Please take a look and comment.
