A small step for a dog, a big step into the future.
In Bali, Indonesia, our nations finally agreed on something.
In overtime, they agreed to go forward.
That could be the beginning of a new worldwide pact to fight global warming.
We hope it’s not too late…
The U.S. , still the the leading greenhouse gas emitter, was against the deal,
but turned around in the final stage of the Bali summit.
The U.S. were also the main reason why six years were lost and why the
‘Kyoto Protocol’ could not become much of a success.
Maybe the U.S. was not the problem, but the Bush administration sure was.
We can’t wait for Jan. 20, 2009, when GWB will finally be out of the picture.
That will really be a big relief for planet Earth...
Just a Sunday thought…
Have a good one!
