Huis Oranjewoud, build for Hans Willem Blocq van Scheltinga in 1834.

The house is constructed on the site of the former 'Oranjewoud Palace' (1676),
home of the Frisian 'Van Nassau family'. The Palace was sold, dismanteled and demolished
during the French Revolution. Today the house is privately owned by the De Beaufort family.
