I can't believe it to see this picture here - I used to work this tower as a
Radio Operator for Alaska Airlines (at that time this was the Camp and Airstrip
or Standard Oil of California) in 1968! Before this tower was built we used to
handle Aircraft movements from a room down in the maincamp! At these times this
airfield was bussier than many large Commercial airfields.
