Joop's Dog Log - Saturday September 18

Had a big dental job done this week. No fun for a dog. I`m glad it`s over.
My humans were worried I wasn`t going to eat again.
Hey, they should have known me better by now...
I can eat the toughest cookies now that my teeth are as good as new once more!

Well, Joop, when we get a bit older we all need some extra dental work. Glad yours turned out ok and thanks for reminding us about the friends that need our special attention.
That dental work sure didn`t hurt your good looks any!!!! I saw a dog over here on one of my bike rides that looked a lot like you...from a distance at least. I was going to take a picture for you, but then when I got closer, it was hardly as handsome as you and had a lot of brown color. So, I`ll just keep looking...but I have a feeling there is only ONE Joop!!!!

Joop.....Squiggy bulldog knows just how you feel. He had tooth work last week and two teeth pulled and another cleaning. He is going on nine years old but showing his age. You look good Joop...hope you are enjoying your cookies.

Hi Joop! I`ve missed you and am glad to hear your dental situation is over. Shudder.
It seems as though many of our friends, both canine and human, are having trouble at this time. Maybe if we all wish hard enough everyone will magically heal, You suppose?

Hi Joop! So you had some problems with your teeth... and I am glad it is over! I am sure they gave you some extra cookies for being so brave!! And we all are giving some extra attention to Dusty and Chelsea... our positive thoughts crossed the oceans and reached them both... Have a very nice weekend you too!!

It`s critical to keep your teeth in healthy working order. Perhaps the discomfort of dental work will score a few cans of choice soft food in the meantime, hmmm? Your profile should be on currency or at least a commenorative stamp!

Moin Joop, good to hear that this teeth job is over, we have been thinking of you last week! Your human obviously is doing night shifts, tell him please to relax and take his time for a break too...otherwise he will be turning out soon a kind of burned-out besoming aches at the back and head and things like that.Do you still have all your teeth?

You all are too sweet to us, Dusty has a min. of 3 more weeks of the drugs before they re-chack his bones.. but it`s impossible to keep him in the crate, boy can he HOWL!! so, he gets out until he and Jakey start wrestling :)

Moin Joop and Henk! The flog guestbooks are visible, are not visible, some are, some are not...maybe we always chose the wrong time of the day, but the flog was again like the "Schlaftablette" we knew from former days when we thought about to leaves this place. We had a fine weekend, sun and rain, small spontaneous after-birthday party for our humans on Saturday and a cosy family recovering Sunday watching a new DVD of old friend Art " across America " recorded in 1996 at Ellis harbour N.Y.singing life with his wife and little son James who was only 6 years old at that time and an awful singer, but looking like a cloned Art with his blond curls....cooking potatoe gratin, reading the newspapers and moving private office furniture...hope you had a fine weekend too B&P

"Joop, I bet your humans appreciate your breath a lot more after the teeth job :) A big lick on your nose from the four-legged of this pack and a sweet kiss on your forehea from the two-legged one. And warm hellos to your humans." Grisolli-pack

Thank you so much for your concern for my Chelsea. Now my Max is down on his back. Chelsea and Midnight both lost some teeth this year at their dental appointments. Glad you can now chomp to your hearts content!
