Joop in Norway 26

This is Flam harbour on the Aurlandsfjord.
I like boats. But jumbo cruise ships make me wonder...
I saw some real big ones in Norway. No dogs allowed on board of course.
Humans pay a fortune to travel on these monster boats.
They just go from somewhere to somewhere else.
It`s not really the destination that counts, it`s the passage.
The concept of going on a cruise ship is much like riding on a cookie truck I guess:
great food and a lot of it, but no big adventure.
I saw mostly old humans go on board.
So these luxury cruisers are a kind of floating apartment buildings for wealthy seniors.
Hmmm...
