Joop's Dog Log - Monday Feb 16

I've got that Monday morning feeling again, and so do my humans. It's another grey day in Paterswolde.
Lot's of animals out today: on my walk I saw a big hare, and a squirrel, and a deer and two cats.
I got real excited but my human put me on my leash and told me to cool it.
"Just look at them, don't chase them", he said. I can tell he's not a dog.

Hey, and thanks everybody for your comments on the green bean situation.
I've had my first beans mixed in with my meals and ate them. I don't know if they work yet.
I still want to eat MORE.

Good to see you well after you`ve eaten the green beans :)
The K-pack eats also raw vegetables: spinach, carrots, apple, ... They also eat grapes, oranges, raisins, nuts, figs, ...
Some vegetables have to scraped so they can use it`s content.
You looks good again, Joop - although it`s monday ...

Moin Joop-brother....sometimes fantasy world of our Bosslady mixes up with reality....but it would be ok with us to live tales from 1001 night ....and one thing is clear: we would never go to Hollywood without you. Chasing is the same as eating...something very genuine..keep it!

"Oh, Joop, I tried to post a message to you before, but fotolog weren´t working properly... I said I can´t understand HOW humans can resist such attractions as a hare and a squirrel and two cats! And that I always wonder why Luciana doesn´t chase pigeons like I do.
How´s your diet going? Can you tell the difference between your regular dog food and the green beans? Or they taste the same when they´re mixed?" Flô

Chloe Bear chases squirrels away from the bird feeder. Here`s how you do it--make yourself very small and move slowly, then at just the right moment-charge!

Just look at your cute, aware self there Joop. You are just looking around...sniffing the air...maybe there`s one of those squirrels near by.
Or, maybe you`re ready to jump up on the bench and have a nice rest...all those rainy days make humans and dogs feel rather listless.
Have a great day, Joop. Can you still hope for snow...or is Spring around your corner?

I never knew a dog that wasn`t hungry, even just after eating a nice big meal. I don`t have a dog because we live in a very small New York City apartment, but we have two kitties who also like to eat... a lot. Anyway, you`re a handsome fellow Joop and I like visiting you on your travels.

Nice photo of you Joop. Yeah, it is Monday, sunny and we are in the house. :( Oh well, it looks pretty but it is still a little chilly for us little dogs. (Bronte does not mind) Have a good one!

Hi Joop.
here in Brazil we don`t eat dogs. That is in Pequin, but now they want to stop with that culture. NICE IDEA.
hey will start to close restaurants that serves dogs meat. GOOD NEWS

Hey dude!
What did you mean by "I`m not coming to Brazil as long as there`s a chance some human is going to eat me"?
The picture was taken in China, not in Brazil!
We don`t eat dogs in Brazil, dude!
They are friends, not food!;)
BTW, don`t you think it sucks to eat any kind of meat anyway? Cows and chicken suffer as much as dogs!
Well, I just hope no one will decide to eat hamsters too...

What a lovely photo, Joop. I know that Danny and Phoebe don`t understand why I am so cranky with them when they dash away after animals. I`m glad you were a good boy!
