Hot air balloons are illuminated by the glow of neighboring balloons as spectators wander by during the annual
Balloons Off Broadway festival at Beulah Park in Grove City, Ohio. About two dozen hot air balloons participated,
but strong winds prevented the balloons from lifting off. All the balloons participated in "the glow" after sundown,
