If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with the details including order number and a description of the damage at printing@pbase.com and we will happily replace your product right away.
If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please contact us by emailing printing@pbase.com . Be sure to let us know your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Then, return the product within 30 days of receipt for a free replacement or full refund.
Products should be returned in the packaging in which they were received. We will let you know where to ship the returns when you contact us.
