How do I know when I have new mail?

Your profile page displays the number of unread messages. Just click on the link to view them.

What are the different mail boxes?

Inbox New messages will be in your inbox. Unread messages will appear in bold. You can choose to save, delete, or leave your messages in your inbox. My mail preview box is squashed

By default, the mail preview box is displayed to the right of the box where you compose your message.
If you have a narrow browser window, you may want to change the setting to display it beneath where you compose your message.
To access your mail account settings go to your inbox and click the settings link below your mailboxes.

Can senders see if I've read their mail?

You can allow or disallow the sender to know whether or not you have read their mail. By default, senders cannot see if their mails have been read.
