They're everywhere here, along with azaleas, dogwoods, magnolias, peonies, daffodills, iris and on and on. IMO Spring is Washington's most beautiful season, and it's impossible to accurately represent it here, so I offer some tulips in the garden at the Smithsonian Castle.
