Anzac Parade

A significant road and thoroughfare in the Australian capital of Canberra, Anzac Parade is used for ceremonial occasions and is the site of many major military memorials. It is named in honor of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) of World War I.

Taken from the vicinity of the Australian War Memorial. Straight across the lake is the old Parliament House, and beyond it, the new Parliament House under construction.

The vintage cars and the aged film make this image a true walk back in time. That's an impressive area for ceremonial events. Well captured.
