Waiting for the inevitable

I was out on our back deck looking for birds when Sahraa suddenly got up and seemed to be waiting for the inevitable, i.e., that I would take a picture of her, so I gladly accommodated her.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

Azaleas gone wild, posted earlier:

A wonderful and expressive pose with stellar eye contact. I like the play of light and shadow in this portrait. She is really a beautiful dog. VV

It looks like she's trying to figure you out.

She seems like she is looking forward to being a model. V

You should get her one of those button pads so she can tell you exactly what she wants to do.

I wonder what she is thinking the camera is? After all this time, she is still not relaxed about her role as model.
hayl18-Apr-2021 21:20
She seems resigned to getting her portrait done. Too bad she can’t see the result and know how good she looks.

I guess she figured she might as well get it over with! :-)

She looks like she just came up with a plan. When you are not looking she's going to bury the Z7 in the flower bed.
Raymond18-Apr-2021 16:36
Oops, I meant, I would NOT be able to resist her
