'Flash Point'

Seen in front of an old Pepco (the region’s electricity provider) office building. I thought it was pretty clever. It was created by David Hess and Eli Hess in 2017 and funded by Pepco and the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
