There was a big flower festival going on in Tashkent, so Tim paid it a visit after sleeping half the day since his delayed flight got him in at 5:30 a.m. Although I don't speak Uzbek, it closely resembles Turkish, and could be translated as "World of Flowers."
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
