The Ministry of Crab, Dutch Hospital

The Ministry of Crab is a popular restaurant in the historic Dutch Hospital, an old colonial building dating to the 17th century that has been transformed into a popular shopping mall and heritage site. I thought the name of the restaurant was pretty clever.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
